Back to the Daily

School is taking over. I think I am getting confused and I am thinking I live in the library lately. Well, the library or doTERRA. I decided to start working full time. It has gotten a little crazy and it is about to get crazier. Starting March 1st I am going to be working as an Account Manager! I am so excited. Just following in the bros footsteps.

 But really, we went to Zions this last week which was so amazing. I don't know how I got so lucky to live in such an amazing place. I have so much Utah Pride lately it is probably a little unhealthy. I am lucky to have friends who are down to leave at 2 o clock in the morning to go somewhere cool. 

Me and Sha have been DYING to do Angels Landing. How we just made it there who knows. But it was worth the wait. This hike was amazing. And we were so excited/tired we didn't even notice how hard it was in the beginning. Well we did but as we were walking down we were saying wow it didn't feel this long before! How did we do this?!..little out of shape. 

Christmas

We didn't have to dream about a white Christmas this year. Snow was falling every night.

I love snow during Christmas. But now it can go away because it was like 

-39 degrees today and that is not okay. These are the times I wish I was actually good at snow

sports. But, I am pretty uncoordinated so that's a no go. 

 Christmas Eve with the main crew. So fun to get together every year. It is always fun..until

we lose BINGO. Every year we play a dang Bingo game and every freakin year I 

lose the dang Bingo game. Every. Freakin. Year. I hate losing. So so so much. Luckily, Spencer 

won a fruitcake so that made me feel better. 

Sibling sleepover on Christmas Eve. After the party we all went over to Tay and Kells new house

and had a sleepover of our own. Love these siblings of mine. 

Christmas morning we were up by 8:00 to open presents. Taylor was probably up at like 3 am. 

He is like a 6 year old kid. Every Christmas since I can remember he wakes me up because he can't 

sleep. This year I was lucky and was off duty. I think Kelli was woken up about 5 times tough. 

In all of the girls stockings there was a new toy..and my toy I mean Stun Gun. We 

are going to start hanging out in sketchy areas just so we can use them.

Tis the Season

 The weeks before Christmas Salt Lake City is pretty much packed to the rim. Between the lights,
ice skating, jazz games, and everything else it is freakin insane. So we chose to go
outdoor ice skating at the Galivan Center on a Friday night.. It was freezing and so crowded but so fun. We
went on a double with Jadey and Tanner, I'm pretty sure the boys heard every high school story
me and Jadey have. Sorry guys. 

If you haven't heard of The Lower Lights go look them up and listen to the greatness. Seriously these

guys are the BOMB. Me and Caleb went to their Christmas concert. SO GOOD. They are all amazing.

Could you consider the Christmas season complete if you don't go to the Temple Square lights? We 

were there for about 10 minutes and it was freezing.We saw the best lights and felt good about that. 

How could something so pretty be so cold. SO cold. 

Every year we do a Christmas we do a gingerbread house challenge. This year I was determined 

to win. We didn't. I was pissed. But we all knew our house was the best. I blame the judge. 

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving. Most of Thanksgiving weekend was spent with family annnnd eating food. We went to Tooele on Thanksgiving and Salt Lake on Friday. And we got to test out our fireworks. 

Wyoming....Wynothingaround

This weekend we wanted to go somewhere that we had never been. Some ideas were thrown around but for some reason we set our mind on Wyoming. Shalee and Brandon dropped out pretty quickly and it was just me and Caleb. We stopped at my parents house and they were like what are you guys doing today? Oh ya know just going to Wyoming. My mom just stared and was like, "But why there?" My dad encouraged us saying that downtown Evanston was pretty cute. So, we stopped at Sodalicious, stopped at Taylor and Kelli's to take a picture for them. As we were driving away I got a call, "Uh Regan, is Caleb wearing a cowboy hat right now?" -Taylor. Uh Taylor...we are going to Wyoming. DUH.

Driving in to Wyoming..the first store we see was the beaut. We drove a little farther to downtown...which I mean could be cute if things were open on Saturday annnnd well ya nothing was open. Nothing. Everyone was gone so naturally we drove back to the first store we saw and Caleb did what I think was his plan the whole time. 

      

 Driving home Club really wanted to set off some fireworks so we turned off onto a dirt road and we found...no place to shoot fire works. But, we did find an abandoned ranch which was pretty sweet so we drove around there for awhile. Still nothing. 

So now we have a whole lot of fireworks. Naturally we went down to the lake to shoot some off. We were sure to call Kenz and Andrew..because they are our friends..and it was nice to have another boy who was likin the fireworks as much. Side note, does this not look like Harry Potter? Uhm Avada Kedavra know what I'm sayin? 

                                    

Grand Canyon

Bucket list item #15, Grand Canyon. 

Me and Sha have been talking about going to the Grand Canyon forever. So last week when me and Caleb were trying to decide what to get Sha for her birthday we were joking and said lets just go to the Grand Canyon. We will leave at like 1 in the morning and just be there for her whole birthday. The joke then turned serious whe we told her our plan and she was so down. So, we took a nap on Friday night, got up at 1, drove 7 hours, had a grand time at the Grand Canyon, drove 7 hours back. 

Also notice this nice car we have here? I have the best mother in the world. I told her the plan. She hated it. But because we couldn't drive anyone else's car she graciously let us borrow her sweet ride. #bestmomaround

Lots of energy drinks were consumed in the last 24 hours. And now I am ready to sleep for 5 days. Ps huge thanks to Brandon and Caleb who drove the whole way and put up with our crazy ideas.
